Emily is principal flute of the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra, Amsterdam. Born in Wales, she began her musical education at the Royal College of Music (Junior Department) and then went on to study with William Bennett at the Royal Academy of Music and with Alain Marion in Paris. She performs regularly as concerto soloist and chamber musician, appears regularly on BBC Radio 3 and has recorded 10 solo CDs. An passionate and dedicated teacher, Emily is frequently asked to give masterclasses all over the world. Emily was made a Fellow of the Royal Academy of Music in 2002 and is also visiting professor there. (

Suzanne is chairman of Mirador Foundation. She worked for many years as business manager and as an entrepreneur. Besides, she was and still is non executive board member in various profit and non profit organisations (
