Participants are required to be available for the entire duration of the course.
F-jes and NTK courses (excluding the Summer Academy)
Payment of the fee must be paid within 10 days of confirmation of registration. If a participant applies (or their place is confirmed) fewer than 10 days before the start of the course, then the full fee should be paid immediately.
NTK Summer Academy
All flutists who register for the Summer Academy in the NTK category will be invited for the introduction day. Payment for the introduction day should be made within 10 days of confirmation of participation. If a participant applies (or their place is confirmed) fewer than 10 days before the start of the course, then the full fee should be paid immediately.
After confirmation of admission to the Summer Academy, the course fee should be paid within 10 days of confirmation of participation.
The registration fee for the Audition Training is € 50 and for the Summer Academy € 75. The applicant is required to pay the registration fee at the time of registration. Should the applicant not be offered a place, the application fee will be refunded.
After confirmation of participation by Neflac, the remaining course fee should be paid within 10 days of confirmation.
This price includes all board and lodging, tuition fees and transport to the concert locations during the course. Extra drinks and all alcoholic drinks are not included.

Paying from a EURO country
You may also pay via PayPal if you find this more convenient, but please note that you should add 35 euros (Summer Academy) or 12,50 euros (Winter Academy) to cover the PayPal fees we are charged.
If Neflac cancels a course, the full course fee will be refunded.
Cancellation by the participant should be given in writing or by email to Neflac.
The organization does not arrange any insurance for the participants - this must be arranged by the participant. The organization accepts no liability for the participant regarding illness or accident unless there is clear evidence of negligence by the organization/foundation.
If an unexpected dispute arises between the participant and the Netherlands Flute Academy, the board of the Netherlands Flute Academy Foundation will enter into a discussion with you (or your parents). If no solution results from these consultations, then the board shall make a binding decision, unless you engage a qualified judicial body within one month of the start of these discussions.
The organization realizes that they are in charge of minors. Therefore, there are some house-rules; the drinking of alcohol is only allowed in moderation and by those over 18 years of age. No drugs of any sort are permitted. Smoking is only allowed outside. Sleeping arrangements are single-sex. We are consistent in enforcing these rules. If someone does not follow the rules, he/she will be excluded from further participation and must leave at once, being liable for their own travel costs home. The organization will make every effort to ensure that these exceptional situations do not arise.
For parents: if your child attends the Academy, you want to be sure that he or she is perfectly supervised. If your child needs any extra attention, such as diet, medication or there is a particular situation at home you feel we should know about, please let us know in advance.
During the week the Academy staff are available 24 hours/day for emergencies. The telephone number is given in the confirmation letter to the participants. We also ask the participants to provide us with a contact telephone number at home, should any emergency arise with the participant.

We keep the information that you provide us with via registration forms and e-mails in our database. We will retain this data securely until we receive a request from you to delete this data. We will only use this data to keep you informed about our activities and to communicate with you about these activities. There is also always the possibility to unsubscribe for our mailing list via a link at the bottom of our newsletters.
We send a list of participants with place, e-mail address and phone number to the participants of that academy to be able to contact eachother to travel together. If you don't want your these contact details to be shared with the other participant, please let us know.
